How Brain Grid Merge handles your data

Brain Grid Merge (the App) respects your privacy and handles your information according to the policy below.

1. Information we collect

To provide and improve the gameplay experience, the App may collect:

  • In-game progress such as high scores, owned tiles and coins
  • Player name and anonymous ID (Firebase anonymous auth)
  • Device information (device model, OS, app version, language)
  • Advertising identifier for ad delivery and fraud prevention (on iOS, only after ATT consent)
  • Crash reports and anonymous usage statistics

2. Storage and purpose of use

The information collected is used only for the following purposes:

  • Providing game features (score saving, ranking display, gacha results, etc.)
  • Analysis and bug fixing to improve app quality
  • Preventing fraudulent ranking submissions
  • Optimizing ad delivery

3. Where your data is stored

Part of the game progress is stored on your device. Data such as rankings and tile ownership is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore / Authentication / App Check).

4. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob: A device identifier may be used for ad delivery. Details: https://policies.google.com/privacy
  • Apple App Tracking Transparency: On iOS, the App displays the App Tracking Transparency dialog before tracking. You may decline and still use the App normally.
  • Apple / Google In-App Purchase: In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. The App does not receive credit card or other payment details.

5. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (the age may vary by region).

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share personally identifiable information with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Security

Firebase Security Rules and App Check are used to prevent unauthorized access and abusive requests. All communication is encrypted using HTTPS.

8. Your rights

You can reset tile designs and restore your Remove Ads purchase from the in-app settings. To request deletion of anonymous data stored server-side, please contact us via the form.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
